Patriots take STAC win over Union-Endicott

Junior guard Andre Hawkins scored a game-high 27 points, leading the Binghamton Patriots in a 60-49 victory over Union-Endicott in a Southern Tier Athletic Conference match on Monday night.(SpeedBlade Fers pas cher)
Union-Endicott (3-2) held a 24-19 lead after the first half, but the Patriots surged in the third quarter, outscoring the Tigers 21-11. Binghamton (2-1) went on an 8-0 run to start the second half. The Tigers managed to tie the game halfway through the third, but Hawkins hit a trio of 3-pointers, scoring 13 points in the quarter, to take back the lead and hold on through the remainder of the game.
Hawkins totaled five 3-pointers, 4-two pointers and shot 4-for-5 from the free throw line, as the Patriots went 8-for-9 on free throws as a team. Kyhil Pinkney added 13 points and Dominick Lafleur pitched in 12.
Senior guard Matt Gaydorus led Union-Endicott with 18 points and added eight rebounds, while Matt Bowman scored 12 points and shot 4-for-6 from the line.
